For me the the growth is when your are enjoying your work and utilising your time and energy on positive environment. Focus on self improvement moreover thinking out of the box because in today's era of AI we are not ment to do the repetitive work the Ai can do it more accurately and effectively so that we can Focus on other things like growth expansion and revenue generation.
